It's have  SAP 10 Patch label 2011 

v  Uninstall server tools

v  Clean out C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Server Tools

v  Reinstall server tools including Job Service

Until you did not remove the files from the C drive give up the location

You can not remove that’s Error,

v  The granted authorizations on the SAP files in the Program files x86 and Program files in C

v  Checked the firewall and the opened ports: 30000, 3299, 30001, 1443, 1434, 30010, 8080, 1444, 40000

v  Checked the antivirus, UAC, and any other configurations that may be affect or hind the right execution or stop that services

v  I in the Service Manager, I used the IP address of the work machine not "Localhost"

I just build a new VM, and configure the SSMS 2014 and SAP B1 10 PL00, after finishing all the required settings and installation, and restarting the VM we're getting the system running perfectly,
